Traditional Commercial and Construction Loans, Mezzanine and Equity Financing

Thank you for your interest in applying for our Commercial Loan products.

1. Choose the appropriate loan product from the following list and then click "Get Application" to download the application.

   Traditional Permanent Financing Construction/Development Financing Mezzanine or Equity Financing   

2. Complete the application fully, as the review and processing of incomplete applications will be delayed.

3. Unless the borrower and co-borrower are married, please complete a separate "Uniform Residential Loan Application" form (the last 4 pages of the application) for each.

4. The attached "Borrower's Certification and Authorization" form allows us to request the credit report of the applicant. If you prefer that this not be done and have a "tri-merge" credit report that is less than 60 days old from another source, please include it with your application in addition. Unless the borrower and co-borrower are married, please complete a separate form for each.

5. Mail completed applications to Red Tower Funding, 1350 Old Bayshore Highway, Suite 150, Burlingame, CA 94010.
