To evaluate and fund your loan request, please do the following:

1. Submit a short Private Money Request Form by fax or email or call your Account Executive to discuss the scenario:

2. Submit any other requested information via email (preferred), fax and or mail.

3. To fully underwrite and fund your request, please provide the following information:

• Red Tower Funding Private Money Request Form

• Red Tower Funding Borrower's Certification and Authorization

• 1003 (completed & signed, if you are a broker, use your 1003)

• Credit Report

• Appraisal (if available, please email)

• Preliminary Title Report

• Any Income Information: W-2s, Paystubs, 1099s, Tax returns

• Any Asset Statements (e.g. bank statements for down payment)

• Purchase Contract (if applicable)

• Gift letter(s) and Associated Bank Statement(s) (if applicable)

• Broker’s License (for submitting brokerage)




If requested by your Account Executive, you may need to submit:

• BPO / Appraisal Order Form




If requesting a 2nd or 3rd position loan, please add:

• Promissory Notes for loans that will remain in place after funding

• Recent Loan Statements for the same




If property is an income property, please add:

• Current Rent Roll: Residential OR Commercial, Mixed-Use (signed)

• Leases and any Extensions

• Income / Expense information: 2 years + YTD (signed)




If property is being built or rehabbed, please add:

• Itemized Use of Funds to Date

• Itemized Estimate of Work Needed to Complete Project

• Contractor License, Insurance and Resume (if applicable)

• Approved Plans and Permits (if applicable)

• Job Card(s) (if applicable)
