To evaluate and fund your loan request, please do the following:

1. Submit a one page Private Money Request Form by fax or email or call your Account Executive to discuss a scenario:

2. Submit any other requested information as directed via email, fax and or mail.

3. To fully underwrite and fund your request, please be prepared to provide the following information:

• Private Money Request Form

• 1003 (completed and signed)

• Borrower's Certification and Authorization

• Credit Report

• Appraisal (please email)

• Preliminary Title Report

• Recent Loan Statements for all loans (if possible)

• Payoff Demands for all applicable loans (if possible)

• Foreclosure Letter (if applicable)

• Broker's License (for submitting brokerage)




If requested by your Account Executive, you may need to submit:

• BPO / Appraisal Request




If requesting a 2nd or 3rd position loan, please add:

• Promissory Notes for loans that will remain in place after funding

• Recent Loan Statements for loans that will remain in place after funding




If property type is mixed-use, commercial, or apartments, please add:

• Signed Current Rent Roll: Residential OR Commercial, Mixed-Use

• Signed Income / Expense information: 2 years + YTD
