Private Loans:
Our private quick-close loans are based primarily on property equity. These loans are particularly useful for quick-close scenarios, self-employed borrowers and/or for properties that aren't up to bank standards. These loans can be purchases or refinances and be for residential properties, commerical properties or land. We currently lend only in California with a preference for Northern California and particularly the San Francisco Bay Area.

Our private construction or rehab loans are excellent for borrowers looking to build or rehab either residential or commercial properties. Typically, we are looking for loans with a minimum of $200,000 in 'held back' funds. If this isn't a fit, our regular Private Loan might work. Also, for the right borrower and project, we can lend almost all of the funds needed.
