Our Stated Income/Stated Asset program is excellent for self-employed business owners, investors and entrepreneurs who do not have verifiable income or assets. Typically these borrowers are ineligible for bank financing because of their lack of documentation or the uniqueness of the property they are looking to finance. Highlights include: financing for most property types and 90% combined loan-to-value. Loan amounts range from $100,000 to $5 million in some cases.

Our Full Doc program is a unique hybrid between traditional commercial and residential underwriting, allowing us to include the borrower's personal and other income in calculating the maximum loan amount. Highlights include: competitive rates with up to 90% loan-to-value for apartment and mixed-use properties, and 85% loan-to-value for other commercial properties. Loan amounts range from $100,000 to $1 million.
